⼆次創作ガイドライン

■ ⼆次創作でできること

・趣味の範囲での⼆次創作 (同⼈誌販売等、⾦銭が発⽣する場合は必ず⼆次創作であることを明記してください)

・成⼈向け/センシティブな内容が含まれる⼆次創作

(必ず未成年者の⽅や、センシティブな内容が苦⼿な⽅に⾒られぬよう、しっかり適切なフィルタリングを⾏なってください)

 

■ 禁⽌事項

・他の⼈を傷つける・権利を侵害するためなど公序良俗に反する⽬的の内容

・特定の政治・宗教・信条に関する表現、およびそれらを連想させる内容

・「公式」と誤解されるおそれのある内容（⼼配であれば⼆次創作であることを明記してくださればOKです）

・⽣成AIの学習への利⽤

・⾃創作のキャラクター・設定等に関して「⾃分のもの」と偽って使うこと

・⾃創作のオリジナルキャラクターを作成することは、現状では禁⽌しております。

（ただし、オリジナルキャラクターの作成に関しては、将来的に別途企画を⽤意させていただく可能性がございます）

・その他、制作者が意図しない⼆次創作物の使⽤

 

■ ハッシュタグに関して

・⾃創作のFAタグは「#ΔNORECO_FΔ」です。

※「Δ」は「A(エー)」ではなく、ギリシャ⽂字の「デルタ」の⼤⽂字です。お間違えのないよう、ご注意ください。

・ハッシュタグをつけたイラストは、制作者のX/Blueskyでいいね・リポストをさせていただくことが

あります。また、都合により反応できない場合がございますが、

公序良俗の範囲内で投稿いただいたイラストは基本的に全て楽しませていただきます！

・⾃作品のキャラクターと他作品のキャラクターを同じイラストに描いたものは、

ハッシュタグを使⽤せずに投稿してください。

 

■ その他

・ガイドラインおよび⾃創作の設定等は予告なく変更する場合があります。

 

・⼆次創作によって⽣じたいかなるトラブルについても、制作者は⼀切責任を負いかねます。

■What You Can Do with Fan-Made Creations

 

・Fan-made creations for personal enjoyment only (if selling fanzines or other merchandise that involves monetary exchange, clearly indicate that they are secondary creations)

・Fan-made creations containing adult/sensitive content

(Be sure to implement proper filtering to prevent minors or those who find such content uncomfortable from viewing it)

 

■ Prohibited Content

・Content that violates public order and morals, such as content intended to harm others or infringe on their rights

・Expressions related to specific political, religious, or belief systems, or content that may suggest such associations

・Content that could be misinterpreted as "official" (if concerned, please clearly indicate that it is fan-made)

・Use for training AI generation models

・All of my original characters and settings, illustrations, etc. are EMPHATICALLY MINE and nobody can take them away from me!!!

・Creating original characters based on my work is currently prohibited.

(However, we may consider offering a separate project for original character creation in the future)

・Any other secondary creations that the creator did not intend for use


■ About Hashtag

・The hashtag of my creation is #ΔNORECO_FΔ

・Fanarts tagged with #ΔNORECO_FΔ may be featured on the creator's X / Bluesky account through likes or reposts. While we strive to respond whenever possible, we may occasionally be unable to react. All submitted illustrations, provided they adhere to public order and morals, will be enjoyed by us!

・When combining characters from my works with those from other series in single illustrations, please post them without using any hashtags.

 

■ Other Notes

・The guidelines and original character settings may be modified without prior notice.

・The creator cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from derivative works.
